The short version: you can return most items within 7 days of receiving them and exchange them within 14 days. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with the invoice. Start a return by calling +966 11 2095301 or emailing info@unitedforce.sa with your order number.
You have 7 days to return an item, counted from the day your order was delivered or the day you collected it. To qualify, the item must be:
We inspect every returned item before approving the refund. If an item comes back used, installed or incomplete, we will contact you before deciding next steps.
You have 14 days to exchange an item for a different size, rating or model, under the same condition requirements. If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference the same way you paid.
Items covered by a manufacturer warranty that develop a fault are handled as warranty claims with the manufacturer. We will help you file the claim.
Once your return passes inspection, we refund you within 14 working days:
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We arrange collection, and the replacement or full refund, at our cost. This does not affect your rights under Saudi consumer protection law.
Call +966 11 2095301 or email info@unitedforce.sa with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm whether the items qualify and arrange collection or drop-off. Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the buyer; collection of damaged or wrong items is on us.
